Technological advances feature significantly in the development of the aerospace engineering field. Although the modern aircraft has evolved to become highly sophisticated machines, there is still a need for pilots and crew with sound knowledge to operate these vessels safely.
Learning Outcomes
Take your career as a pilot or aircraft maintenance crew to greater heights with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of commercial avionics in civil aviation. Topics on air navigation, surveillance and communication systems such as the Automatic Directional Finder (ADF), VHF Omni-directional Range (VOR), Distance Measuring Equipment (DME), Instrument Landing System (ILS), Inertial Navigation System (INS), RADAR and ATC Transponder will be covered.

Certification
Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance.
