Suhayb is an international Digital Transformation Expert who brings over 10 years of international experience working as a Development technologist and an agile coach.
He has worked with a number of C suite executives and teams responsible for digital initiatives in the region which also includes reprogramming the mindset using lean agile principles, assessments and documenting roadmaps for improvement.
Suhayb has mastered the Agile ways of working and this is demonstrated with his ability to enable organization to master business agility. As a highly sought after speaker and trainer Suhayb has trained 1000’s across a range of future Topics and was also the Facilitator that led the Business
Agility drive for the Emirates NBD Agile leadership Team as well as Noor Banks Innovation and customer experience teams.
- Emerging Digital Technology Projects
- Cloud computing – Various AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure implementations that incorporated DevOps continuous integration and deployment.
- Machine Learning // Image Processing – Project managed application for real time detection of objects in smart apps. This included background removal, facial tracking and portrait recognition.
- Big data – Project managed large Hadoop number crunching application for processing millions of CV. Created auto compiling Power BI reports for real time sales numbers and marketing funnels.
- Sensors IOT -– Launched commercial IOT Bluetooth 4.0 device that leveraged RSSI signal strength to for radial protection that distributed information to a central server for processing.
Learning Outcomes
Trainees will learn the 49 PMI processes which are grouped into five categories known as Process Groups. The iterative implementation of these collections of activities helps to ensure that the project is delivered in a structured manner._x000D_

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have some years of experience as project managers in their areas of work and ideally they are looking to back their knowledge and obtain the prestigious PMP Certification which is globally recognized.
