Course Information
Additive Manufacturing (AM), or 3D printing, is set to be the next revolution in manufacturing since the industrial revolution. Ever heard of a 3D-printed jet engine? Or 3D printers capable of building a house? How about eating 3D-printed pizza? The possibilities are endless.
Learning Outcomes
Get industry-ready by exploring the basics of 3D Printing technology, its principles of operation, limitations, materials and applications. Gain skills in running entry-level and mid-range 3D printers and take advantage of the new Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
