Covers the fundamentals of marketing, where you learn the use of social networks and technologies to understand people and the marketplace to build effective and long-lasting customer relationships.

Digital Marketing Strategies
Provides knowledge of the principles, concepts, frameworks and applications of digital marketing, and use software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, SpyFu and BuzzSumo to explore the digital marketing environment.

Digital Media – Metrics & Analytics
Focuses on basic concepts and principles of social media and web analytics, digital and web campaign types, measurement, optimisation and testing on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Enables applications of data measurement tools, metrics and analytics terminologies.

Build written and oral communication skills in order to prepare and deliver effective business presentations. Apply user-centred design in business communication to attract new customers and spur business growths.

Introduces basic concepts of statistics and will focus on basic statistical tools and models. Imparts skills to organize, analyse, interpret and present data results with MS EXCEL.

Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness.
