Lesson Plan
Understand the various developmental stages faced by students. Learn strategies to manage students' behavior (including challenging behaviors), facilitation skills to manage group behavior and classroom management techniques.
*Exemptions are available for those who have passed the assessments for 'WSQ Introductory Student Care Centre' and 'Working with Children: Behaviour and Guidance'

You are required to complete 2 post-diploma certificates within 2-year validity period to be awarded the Diploma (Conversion) qualification.

- A local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree with at least 1-year relevant working experience
- State-recognized University Degree in any discipline where the medium of instruction is English and with at least 1-year relevant working experience.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)_x000D_
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
