Trainer's Profile
Tim Chen was formally trained at the National Film and Television school in the UK under renowned British cinematographer Brian Tufano BSC (Shallow Graves, Trainspotting, Billy Elliot). He holds a Master of Arts in Cinematography.
He has over ten years experience in the film industry and have worked on a variety of projects including shorts, theatrical features, documentaries, commercials and news features. He recently shot his first full length feature film which was directed by Leonard Yip, his colleague at Ngee Ann.
He has over four years of teaching experience and employs a very down-to-earth pedagogy to present concepts in a palatable way

Applicants should have basic knowledge in operating digital cinema cameras, lighting and grip equipment
