Learning Outcomes

Acquire technical knowledge on the principles of good maintenance practice for commercial, residential and industrial buildings, as well as identify the proper preventive and remedial measures needed to minimize maintenance cost._x000D_

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s)._x000D_

Entry Requirements

Applicants with any of the following qualifications are invited to apply for the course:

At least 3 GCE “O” levels. NTC, ITE, NITEC or Higher NITEC (Building Services, Engineering, FM)
