Lesson Plan
Develop skills in service operations, business management and human capital management so as to effectively manage customers and employees in organisations.
Build effective digital skills in marketing and social media platforms, and learn how to manage data analytics and metrics so as to provide creative solutions in the world of digital transformation.
Build written and oral communication skills in order to prepare and deliver effective business presentations. Apply user-centred design in business communication to attract new customers and spur business growths.
Study principle of economics and micro and macroeconomics concepts in international business setting. Gain basic knowledge of business law & governance and emerging business practices to kickstart innovative business ideas.

You are required to complete 5 modular certificates within 5-year validity period to be awarded the Diploma qualification.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)_x000D_
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
