Learning Outcomes
Trainees will get a good knowledge and understanding of DevOps terms, principles, tools and practices, and how to use tools efficiently and effectively within a devops environment to achieve business goals, using a full-stack approach._x000D_

Trainees will also gain an understanding on the importance of communication, collaboration, integration and automation in the DevOps movement, as critical factors, that improve the workflow between software developers and IT operations professionals and support organisations in their digital transformation journey.

Trainer's Profile
Stuart is the current Director of Knowledge and spearheads the overall quality of delivery; ensuring extremely high customer experience and satisfaction.
A seasoned manager with 12+ years’ experience in the Governmental, Real Estate and Banking sectors. Stuart has experience of designing, leading and engineering a wide range of project types, utilising a variety of methodologies including Scrum, ITIL, COBIT, PRINCE2, SDI and PMI.
Stuart has experience as a fully certified SCRUM.ORG, APMG, EXIN and PEOPLECERT instructor for advanced training; successfully delivering higher than industry standard pass rates.
Technically astute and detail driven Stuart’s knowledge and experience of the project and service management lifecycles allows him to work with accuracy and precision in any delivery environment. Stuart has been instrumental working as a scrum coach helping our customers deliver a predictive delivery cadence via Scrum, conducting story mapping and user story splitting workshops and Identifying and removing impediments/blockers by spotting potential bottlenecks and previously served as an ITSM consultant delivering multiple process maturity and service desk assessments and gap analysis projects.
