Shahid Din

Stuart Bonner
Stuart is the current Director of Knowledge and spearheads the overall quality of delivery; ensuring extremely high customer experience and satisfaction.
A seasoned manager with 12+ years’ experience in the Governmental, Real Estate and Banking sectors. Stuart has experience of designing, leading and engineering a wide range of project types, utilising a variety of methodologies including Scrum, ITIL, COBIT, PRINCE2, SDI and PMI.
Stuart has experience as a fully certified SCRUM.ORG, APMG, EXIN and PEOPLECERT instructor for advanced training; successfully delivering higher than industry standard pass rates.
Technically astute and detail driven Stuart’s knowledge and experience of the project and service management lifecycles allows him to work with accuracy and precision in any delivery environment.
Stuart has been instrumental working as a scrum coach helping our customers deliver a predictive delivery cadence via Scrum, conducting story mapping and user story splitting workshops and identifying and removing impediments/blockers by spotting potential bottlenecks and previously served as an ITSM consultant delivering multiple process maturity and service desk assessments and gap analysis projects.
Suhayb Mahmood
Suhayb is an international Digital Transformation Expert who brings over 10 years of international experience working as a Development technologist and an agile coach.
He has worked with a number of C suite executives and teams responsible for digital initiatives in the region which also includes reprogramming the mindset using lean agile principles, assessments and documenting roadmaps for improvement.
Suhayb has mastered the Agile ways of working and this is demonstrated with his ability to enable organization to master business agility. As a highly sought after speaker and trainer Suhayb has trained 1000’s across a range of future Topics and was also the Facilitator that led the Business Agility drive for the Emirates NBD Agile leadership Team as well as Noor Banks Innovation and customer experience teams.

The Scrum Master supports and coaches the Scrum process and other processes that the team has agreed upon. The Scrum Master also helps the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) and communicates status to management as needed._x000D_

It prepares participants to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of Agile at scale development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute Iteration Planning.
