Trainer's Profile

Stella Thng

A former magazine editor at Mediacorp-turned-Corporate Communications Manager-turnedlecturer, Stella teaches modules in Communication and Career and Professional Preparation. She first developed an appreciation for the digital platform when she successfully launched and promoted her community project and book, ‘Cancer Warriors’.

Having taught Online Journalism at two polytechnics, she is a keen social media user and trend-watcher. Stella also manages the social media accounts for the School of Interdisciplinary Studies and runs an editorial and public relations consultancy. In this facilitation-style workshop, learn from case studies and fellow participants’ experience on how to harness the power of a well-curated LinkedIn account and other social media platforms.
